Introduction: There are several authors who have tried to reflect on the importance of the dysfunctions of the foot and knee, and the possibility that these lesions cause upward. Some of them come to show how these alterations can modify our center of gravity and therefore alter our dynamic and static body.objectives: Determine which may be those on foot and knee dysfunction frequently altering how much the dynamic body statics. Find authors to explain the influence of the possible foot structures in ascending dysfunctions.Methods: The design corresponds to a literature review. It will search for the literature either in textbooks, electronic journals and scientific articles. This search will take place in the existing databases on the Internet: PubMed, Cochrane, Pedro, Elsevier, Google Books, Google Scholar. In all these databases were searched from inception to 26/02/2012. Search terms were in Castilian foot, knee, tibioperoneoastragalina. In English foot, knee, talus, scaphoid.
Conclusions: The consulted authors say that the foot and knee structures are to bear in mind, when we value a patient with injuries to levels higher by the importance of the dynamic and static. - Abstract
- Introducción:Varios son los autores que han intentado reflexionar sobre la importancia que tiene las disfunciones del pie y la rodilla y la posibilidad que estas provoquen lesiones ascendentes. Algunos de ellos llegan a demostrar cómo estas alteraciones pueden modificar nuestro centro de gravedad y por tanto alterar nuestra dinámica y estática corporal.Objetivos:Determinar cuáles puedan ser aquellas disfunciones en pie y rodilla más frecuentes que alteren tanto la dinámica cómo la estática corporal. Encontrar autores que expliquen la influencia de las estructuras del pie en posibles disfunciones ascendentes.Material y métodos:El diseño corresponde a una revisión bibliográfica. En ella se realizará una búsqueda por la literatura existente ya sea en libros de texto, revistas digitales y artículos científicos. Está búsqueda se realizará en las bases de datos existentes en internet: PubMed, Cochrane, PedRo, Elsevier, Google books, Google académico.En todas estas bases de datos se busca desde el inicio hasta el 26/02/2012. Los términos de búsqueda fueron en castellano pie, rodilla, tibioperoneoastragalina . En ingles foot, knee, talus, scaphoid.Conclusiones:Los autores consultados opinan que el pie y la rodilla son estructuras a tener muy en cuenta, cuando valoramos a un paciente con lesiones a niveles más altos por la importancia que tienen en la dinámica y en la estática.
