- Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is a common cause of doctor visits and reasons for sicks leave jobs in Occidental society, often the health professionals do not find ways to treat or even diagnose. Usually treatments are tested classics AINES of reduced efficiency. In our study we wanted to try to give a new vision of how to deal osteopathy from the DLC. We also wanted to find out if there is any relation to the structure of the foot, and pain. During a period of two months he wanted to analyze whether there is any positive change in 15 patients suffering chronic pain (DLC). We performed a therapeutic intervention in the foot and finally, we used the following validated questionnaires and tests: Test Shober, 1st Finger extension test, Oswestry questionnaire to compare the results from the beginning and the end. The results have been an efficiency of about 95% in 15 patients when the change of variables Oswestry questionnaire, and the upregulation of mobility on foot and lumbar spine In conclusion, we can say that after the treatment period there has been a change in the CLBP

- El dolor crónic lumbar (DCL) és una causa freqüent de les visites mèdiques i motius de baixa laboral en la societat occidental, moltes vegades els professionals de la salut no troven formes ni de diagnosticar ni tractar . Normalment es proven tractaments clàssics amb antiiflamatoris de reduïda eficàcia. En el nostre estudi hem volgut intentar donar una nova visió desde l’osteopatia de com tractar el DLC. També hem volgut esbrinar si hi ha alguna relació amb l’estructura podal i el dolor lumbar . Durant un període de dos mesos es va volguer analitzar si es produïa algún canvi en positiu en 15 pacients que sofrien dolor lumbar cronic (DLC) .Es va fer una intervenció terapéutica sobre el peu i finalment, es va utilitzar els següents tests i qüestionaris validats: Test Schober,test extensió 1er dit, qüestionari Oswestry per comparar els resultats al principi i al final. Els resultats han sigut d’una eficàcia del 95% sobre 15 pacients en quan el canvi de variables del qüestionari d’Oswestry, i l’augment de mobilitat en peu i columna lumbar En conclusió , podem dir , que després del període de tractament hi ha hagut un canvi en el DLC
