Abstract
Background: Cervicogenic headache (CH) is a common complaint among the population' There are no specific treatments best chosen in order to treat a CH but different manual therapy studies showed improvements in both the CH and the quality of life (QoL). MET and BLT are common techniques used by osteopaths but poorly demonstrated to be effective regarding CH. Objective: To investigate the potential influence of MET and BLT on CH and the effects of treatment on the participants' quality of life. Design: ABACA single-case research design. Methods: Two cervicogenic headache patients were recruited from the ESO student population. Quality of life was reported via the EQ-5D, EQVAS, and the headache intake questionnaire. The frequency, intensity, and duration of the headaches were recorded on the HeadacheNote phone application. The first intervention phase (phase B) consisting of two BLT treatments on the upper three Csp segments was run through on the 5th week. ln the second intervention phase (phase c) during the 8th week, two MET treatments w
